The IAYG is excited to introduce Ken Jennings’ Question of the Week, a brand-new initiative to inspire a wide audience of people to get excited about geography through weekly trivia questions written by none other than trivia expert and best-selling author Ken Jennings!
Ken Jennings is a 74-time champion on the quiz show Jeopardy! and the author of the New York Times bestseller Maphead: Charting the Wide, Weird World of Geography Wonks. He writes a weekly column on geographic oddities for Conde Nast Traveler.
We are excited to bring interesting geography trivia questions to students, educators, and the general public around the world. Ken’s experience and vast knowledge in geography can be seen in the questions posted throughout the next year.
The IAYG is committed to more engaging features like this one that bring global understanding to more communities, and thanks Mr. Jennings for his commitment to geographic education.
